The webcam ladies are going to have a good time with this one.

The idea isn't new because I have a remote control pan and tilt I use for webcam shows, so it looks like its just expanding on old technology which pretty cool.

The one I have is an ebenk remote control pan and tilt head, So I Can move it around me with the remote control or let it go on its own and it just pans around the room.

if this solo shot had a remote control I would so get it.

Do you work on the cam sites at all?

yes I still work doing webcam sites on a part-time basis. That's where my knowledge of cameras and camera equipment comes from, self-taught

It's too big to hide in the wall, mirror or lampshade. :-Cool/"

Then it doesn't work as the new version.

The XBox One has a camera that will pan and follow you. It doesn't use motors, it tracks you with software. The entire field of view is not displayed so as you walk around more of the FOV is shown as if the camera is panning by using a motor. But there is no mechanical aspect to the tracking. Very clever.
