China Wages War On Jaywalkers With automated shouting laser

How do you stop people crossing on red lights?

Traffic police in one Hubei city think spraying jaywalkers with water is the best deterrent.

I fucking hate jaywalkers! Such selfish pieces of shit. Not only are they putting themselves in danger (Knowingly!) They are also putting the drivers in danger and others. One idiot steps out into traffic, a driver swerves to avoid hitting them, they end up side swiping a minivan with a family of five who runs onto the sidewalk and runs down a group of nuns before slamming into a bee store. The bees get loose and a bunch of people die from anaphylactic shock!

Okay...that's ridiculous....but it could happen.

But generally, these people are putting themselves in danger. A drive could swerve to miss and cause another type of accident. For what?! To cut a few hundred feet off of their journey by avoiding having to go to a crosswalk? Or there's the ones who cross at the crosswalk but when it's not their turn. Cars have to wait, maybe miss their light....or stop in the middle of the intersection because of the douche bags and clog up traffic. Again, for what? Because they couldn't wait 30 to 60 seconds until they had the right of way.

And they know what they are doing is wrong. They either fiercely avoid eye contact or the do look at you with this face (that I'd like to pound into mush) that says "what are you going to do about it? Hit me and end up as the bad guy for using your car as a weapon?" They are counting on people not acting against them and acting in a way to protect them from their own stupid and selfish actions. And they're right. Not too many people would willingly hit a jaywalker.....but I've considered it many times.

Frustrating as hell!

Feel better?.

China at it again.

A 29-year-old woman in Shanghai, Dong Yaoqiong, disappeared on 4 July after a video of her throwing black ink on a poster of the Chinese leader went viral. Ms Dong was last seen live-streaming a video of herself defacing a public poster.

“Behind me is a portrait of Xi Jinping. I want to say publicly that I oppose the tyranny of Xi Jinping’s dictatorship and the brain-control oppression imposed by the Chinese Communist Party,” she tells the camera.

This is the real danger of unyielding Marxist atheism.

An excerpt from SBS: The disappearance of a 29-year-old woman in Shanghai has sparked an online campaign, with social media users sharing defaced public images of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
