Had tried connecting with Cleo during her first visit or two in November, but just couldn't make it happen. In early December our schedules finally matched up. Setting up the pre-book was easy, but when I called to confirm the night before, I was given a hotel & room # which I thought was a little odd...don’t usually get that so much in advance. A couple hours prior, I confirm again but when I show up at the hotel, the room # doesn’t exist. Went to call to see what the mixup was and I didn’t have Diamonds # in my phone. Damn. First time customer & I forgot to add it. Went to go to web to get number, international data not working (coming from south of the border). DAMN!
