CMJ-"Biggest Club"??

Just a question about an earlier post....CMJ tweeted the work has begun to have 9 rooms, and be bigger than BC....by 1 room lol.
I was under the impression, she just took more space at the WEST location...is that right?
Or is Jasmin building a whole new club somewhere else? If so where?

I just checked their website, no real mention there. I'm surprised .... from the twitter feed no mention of a new place so likely just expansion. Having one more room won't make many decide to go there over BC tho. Guess to Jas size matters LOL

It an expansion of the West end Club, I was there last Friday (review on Ashlynn / Willow to come) and there were renos going on.

As I said before, and as we as client know, that's the dumbest reason for an expansion. I mean how often would all the current 8 rooms be full, and one more client waiting to go in at that same time. Jas is obsessed with feeling she's in control, and just being equal isn't good enough. I'm surprised she didn't add another floor, as her place is two stories high and BC is three high, so BC is one up on her anyway!

How squeaky are the beds and tables at BC, so far?

I went only once and used the big king size bed which was very comfortable, and squeak free, even with the duo. They also have one room with a double wide table. I can't comment on the wide load table for squeaks though.

Good point but I think the new rooms are going to be nicer that the existing, nice showers in the rooms, etc. If she adds 3 more rooms, just on the Special Events, they will likely pay for themselves. Her events usually run from noon till 10pm and she has maybe 8 per year. The events aren't really busy till say 2 or 3pm.. So from 3-10, we have 7 hours and I think they just do 30 minute sessions so she's making $80 per hour per room for 7 hours or $560 per room x 3 = $1500 x 6 events = $9,000. Not sure how much the additional rent is but if it's only three rooms it should be below the $9,000. If she signed a multi-year lease, the fitup was paid by the landlord. So anytime these three rooms are required during the year, and believe me the place is full at times, it's bonus $$.
I'm no accountant but I think this makes sense and I know Jas has business smarts so she wouldn't do it if it wasn't going to be profitable. Her ego is big but not that big
