In due time prick. I am afraid to write a few reviews that I feel I may get me banned from here. Holly at GOE per example. She is good and gets outstanding reviews but I felt she is only here to make money and not worth spending my money on.

Maybe it's because most people are using the one on one chat at the bottom of the page.

What about setting up specific times for topics in chat? Like a specific time for new providers to introduce themselves, or a scheduled time for new members in general to introduce themselves. Set a topic and a time, I think that would reduce the amount times that people pop into chat, see no one is there and then leave.
