When you book with a companion for a 2 hr or longer date do you expect you'll be having some conversation or 2 hrs of cuddling, playing and fooling around? In my experiences, most men I've met seem to want to divide the time to do both, yet recently I met a "gent" who ridiculed, chastised and lectured me for spending time talking to him on our 2 hr date.
Ladies do you engage your guests in conversations? I thought wanting to get to know someone, talking, was a way to connect which would make the "other activities" more enjoyable? What is your take?

Not too many men can have sex for 2 hours straight. This is why most only book max an hour so not to be paying for chat time.

Yikes! I've had plenty of extended dates that were much more on the high-energy/high-intensity side and even then, the gentlemen I've been with have wanted to and encouraged down-time. I think most men are astute enough to know that women need and require moments of cuddling and conversation inbetween romps and cannot go full-bore for 4-8 hours straight. That's insane and unhealthy for tender bits.

If the date were for two hours, I could probably adjust to minimal conversation, but only if there had been plenty of discussion beforehand. Your date should have given you a headsup and/or approached you better in person about it. Perhaps he will learn from this and do so in the future.

@Amy-well I'm sure if you asked him he'd say it should have been up to me to know how to act/handle the date. Typically, if someone were to hand me a glass of wine and start chatting, I'll chat away until they make a move to do something different. I'm a believer that both parties need to be open with wants and expectations. one person shouldn't be expected to run the whole show:)

@Primo-apparently some men think that because one companion works one way that all others will be the same. He made no mention as to how he'd like his date to go, other than he wanted 2 hrs,so I just acted how I normally do, and that is usually good enough for most and usually brings most back for more. He apparently expected me to read his mind and to run the date as his previous women did/do. Live and learn, lol.

Nothing wrong to have a little bit of chit chat. I like to get to know the person I'm with. Hell, sometimes We talk during sex and is kind of funny

Easy to answer if I could find a SP that wants to spend more than half an hour with me :Crying2:

Some chatting is nice but unless you know the other person the snall talk can get stale especially if neither is comfortable with revealing anything too personal.

Also it can be a little awkward making the "first move" and you don't want to be "that guy." I think it's easier if the lady takes the lead and most guys would probably like the aggressiveness.

Good points, although I like guys who make the first move:) as far as revealing anything to personal. I think there are enough interesting topics one can discuss without ever a need to reveal personal details. As has been said, if someone doesn't like chit chat then mention that when booking, Please don't expect that every woman you see to work the same as one another:)

I love conversation, but it's hard to justify the cost of a 2 hr session. I know the cost of the whole session is technically the cost of companionship, but it does get expensive real fast. I've also been burned with respect to revealing too much in a conversation.

That's too bad Cristy. Only one time have I had an extended date where the gent expected all action and only 30 min for a quick lunch. If that's the case we need to know in advance so we don't book anything else. But all my regulars spend at least half or more of the time chatting and cuddling and catching up because we have that rapport and intimacy built up. I like that and seem to attract clients who are looking for what I offer which works out for both of us.

Thank you Charlotte, I too have been used to gentlemen on extended dates wanting and liking chit chat and cuddling. That is why I acted no differently with this man, and especially because he made no mention of wanting ALL play and no Talking prior to meeting....anyways I've come to realize pleasing everyone isn't possible. Win some, loose some, he I am happy to loose, after all, he said he had a personality like the Donallds....which he claimed to be dynamic, Nuff said:)
