Let me get this straight.

The Canadian government obtained a court order to have him removed from the country several years ago. But will not be deported as long as the death sentence sticks.

Did the Government not know of this law before they obtained the court order?.

We have laws on our books that make it a criminal offence to harbour a criminal. Yet why are we allowing it? Oh, it's the GOVERNMENT breaking the law that's why....

I tell you one thing: if we WERE harbouring Bin Laden? I bet after exhausting all "official" requests for extradition I bet we'd get a visit by a special forces team to nab him.......which I'm surprised the bangladesh government hasn't done by now...probably logistical reasons.....
