So it's been brought to my attention, that an agency in Toronto is using my photos and ads on there profile..
what do you do when this happens.? At first I was flattered, now I'm just annoyed.. It's my photo and entire ad on there site...

Start with sending them a cease and desist email............putting them on notice that you are the owner of those photos and will not tolerate their use of them.

I would also ask myself where did they get the pics?

Water mark all your posted pics to avoid this down the road

I watermark everything!
Even every picture I ad on Twitter. There a couple apps in the App Store with editing.

If have a iPhone, I'd recommend using this app.

I try to place the watermarks directly across my body on a slant and trying not to cover my Tittys lol.

Okay, what does that entail exactly? I send them an email stating take my ad and photos down or I'll seek legal action?

The photos they are stealing are from my Twitter and my ads well all boards I'm on have same exact ads so not sure which one there stealing them from.
its sad bc I take time out of my day to make my ads and for someone to steal it is just plain shitty!

You need to compile a list of pics they are using and links to th ads and twitters they are in for you.

Tell them you own those images and they need to remove them from their site with in 48 hours or you will pursue legal action.

Be prepared to do so.
Also get a receipt for the email
