Copycraigs?

Copycraigs is by far the best Hotel Reservations and Booking to go to in Canada. I book 15 times a month with them. Its doesn't matter if you have a credit card or not they are the cheapest than any online hotel booking website. Most of them time on average I save $50 per booking.
Just IMHO.

I have had excellent experience with them. I have used them several times.

I tried using him several times with no luck.

He could never get me a downtown TO location for 5 nights in a row. There was no way I was going to pack a weeks worth of stuff, travel to a hotel Mon., unpack everything and repack everything to travel to yet another hotel downtown to unpack everything and repack everything to go home Fri. This was his only suggestion to me and it meant losing half a days work repacking, checking out, getting my car and driving to another hotel, checking in, parking and unpacking again.

The one time he said he had a room for me I told him I would call in the morning to book as I had no way of getting to a location to pay until then. He told me where to get the VISA voucher in Mississauga, as that was where I was going to be the next morning. The place he sent me to didn't sell the denominations I needed. I was really pressed for time and had to go to yet another location to get the right amount, only to be told by Lee that he no longer had that booking. He tried suggesting another place in an area of TO that is less desirable so I passed.

He did return my money after also offering me a credit, which was professional, but at this point he had a lot of my personal information and I felt uncomfortable with that and the whole situation. I continued to book through online hotel booking sites with no trouble or fees and was able at a later date to book the very hotel Lee had suggested at the same rate he would have gotten it for and thought the hotel conveniently located, but not that great. I should note that I have a numbered sole proprietorship, allowing me write offs that probably amount to any supposed lost savings and as I was booking consistently with an online site that doesn't know what I do for a living, this afforded me privacy and qualified me for their reward plan, saving me money as well.

Frankly I never used him after all that run around. I guess I'm the only person whose needs he couldn't accommodate. I think it works better for a hobbyist needing a one night stay or an SP that only works 2 - 3 days at a location.
