Counting calories is kind of useless. It's what you eat and at what time.

So he says.

I eat well all day but stop eating after 7 pm. Works for me.

You?.

I disagree, no where does he mention time. He only mentions abortion of different foods taking into consideration preparation and type of food varies in calorie absorption. The time you eat it in a 24 hour period doesn't mean a thing except for insulin levels if you're doing a fast or attempting a Keto diet.

PAPA, what's for breakfast???? I'm on my way HOME!!!!

I think it's mostly about the number of calories taken in versus the number burned throughout the day. The timing and sources of calories probably play some part in how they are burned. Either way....I'm fat and I'm okay with that. I did all of my staying in shape crap when I was younger and athletic.

You are getting into the laws of thermo dynamics. Which work well in a closed system but our bodies certainly are not that. Zoe Harcombe covers this topic thoroughly in her book ''The Obesity Epidemic''

So what he is saying is that it is how calories are absorbed by the body that matters the most. And not all calories are created equal. He has a good point.

The next thing is that humans are not machines and some individuals will metabolize the energy from the calories they consume differently than others. So there's guidelines but no cookie cutter solution.

Sharp and accurate.

People need to start with stopping the consumption of sugars and processed foods. That would make a huge difference. If people cut out pop, and fast food like McD's, they would notice a high body improvement. From weight to bowels, to alertness and memory. It is crazy what these foods do to your body. Not just your weight.

Eat all the pasta you want. Just don't add cheese or order it with a cream sauce.

Pasta is a carb, you should not eat more than a cup of it.

I just stepped on the scale and down from 215 to 194.

Pretty soon I'm going to be having a pose down with Maurice and Ray!
