Bay Area Rapid Transit police are reviewing amateur footage of a couple having sex aboard a train that has gone viral since being posted to the internet last Thursday.
Under a new California law, riders caught engaging in indecent behavior can be banned from using the public transportation system for up to one year."*

An unidentified couple was caught filming amateur porn on a moving BART train in San Francisco, and now authorities are searching for the pair. Is it not a big deal, or totally inappropriate? Cnek Uygur and Ana Kasparian discuss.

Not cool to do this in public ... I dont know about the rest of you but when I do my thing things tend to get a very wet and even messy so the thought of this on a public seat on a train is rather gross. I am all for voyeurism but this lacks tack and class
