She looks early 30's to me but that could be because of hair and clothes. She should qualify for the "Nurse Bonus" points though 7/10.

Yeah, I'm thinking LATE 20's or early 30's as well...either that or she's partied hardy over the years and it's showing.......

Cute GND but falls short of a pin up.
