The girl is actually quite toned and athletic if you look at her abdomen area, not six-pack abs but definitely some rippling going on there. Here's an example:


I think the problem is that she looks a little older than her age, and I think her hairstyle might be at fault there. It looks like she has that low-maintenance hairstyle of a mother with two kids.
