His was due.

I’m not even sure what just happened.
Bayern Munich were trailing to Wolfsburg 1-0 at halftime of their Bundesliga clash on Tuesday, when Munich manager Pep Guardiola decided to make a change.
He brought in striker Robert Lewandowski at halftime to try and add an offensive spark. Lewandowski then scored five goals in nine minutes. FIVE GOALS IN NINE MINUTES.

The leading Bundesliga goalscorer this season was Lewandowski’s teammate Thomas Muller, who had six this season. Lewandowski scored five in nine minutes.

Making this even more impressive is that Lewandowski came on at halftime as a substitute, meaning he averaged a goal by himself every nine minutes, since there are 45-minute halves.

I don't care if you're Pele, Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi, that shit is impressive as hell.
