Disappearing?

Can you really disappear without a trace....
You see it on TV but that is TV...
Big Brother will be able to find people right.....

If you were to disappear what would you do ....
and how would you do it......

It's actually pretty hard to go off the grid. A few geeks have tried it as an experiment a while ago as a contest. I remember reading about it on Slashdot.

Another thought. How many people are out there in society and aren't noticed at all. It's almost as if they've disappeared in a crowd.

I've met a few of those. Never understood how they live like that. Again, it's how one chooses to live it.

There was a book out a year or so ago from someone who had disappeared, and he detailed the steps you need to follow to vanish. Quite the complex process for anyone who's been "in the system" for a while.
