I could dislike the new Solo movie for different reasons. But I wouldn't deny that SW: TLJ was a masterpiece and anything BUT a left wing propaganda.

I look at the Star Wars franchise the same way I look at the Star Trek franchise.

Many believe that the franchise has strayed too far from Roddenberry's original vision.
At times it has and suffered for it. Yet at the same time picked up new fans.

When you have franchises that are 40, 50 years old they are going to change to stay fresh, in order to reflect the current society.
This is need to attract larger audiences.....The owners can not stagnate to please those original fans......The hope is they will not alienate them either.

While normally I would find a fight between these types to be funny but in this case it is like watching a sad pit fight. Where two sick dogs fight for the pleasure of the crowd. I just can't get in on that type of action.
