If you're into drinking a protein shake regualrly or even occasionally why not share your favorite recipe-here's mine

my super shake-
all ingredients are to taste and measure depending on the size and flavor of shake you desire
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup almond milk
2-3 tbsp of yogurt or kefir
1-2 tbsp of coconut oil
teaspoon of fish oil
teaspoon of honey-manuka is the best imo
2 tbsp of whey or pea protien powder
2tbsp of greens powder( a veggie powder)
tbsp of ground flax seed
teaspoon of ground chia seed
teaspoon of cinnamon
tbsp of salba
handful of blueberries
1/2 banana
few pieces of pineapple
some raspberries/strawberries or other fruit if you desire, just using banana and blueberries is fine
blend and enjoy

and where's the protein:), or do you provide that in other ways:wink2::wink2::wink2:

Yes

Even more so then my Avatar suggests

You really need to try a slice of my homemade MM infused applepie, chocked filled with incredible protein. Papa eats at least a pie a day but that's obvious ahem, yeah...ok

Let's put this thread back on track..

Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 tablespoon Jell-O Sugar-Free Butterscotch Pudding
2 scoops protein powder in chocolate
1/2 cup concentrated cold brew coffee (do not water it down), or really strong coffee, chilled
1 cup ice
Instant coffee powder (optional)
Chocolate shavings (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, mix the milk and pudding powder until it thickens, about 2 minutes. Add coffee, protein powder and ice; blend until smooth. Top with chocolate shavings and instant coffee powder for some extra crunch.

Thanks for this, I never know what to put in shakes. :) How much does this make? I can usually handle about a pint, anymore and it's just way to filling.

it makes probably 3-4 cups I know that's not telling you much but I never measure and I drink it all. If it makes to much just use the rest the next day:)
