am still learning my DSLR but when my K1000 was my go to camera...............If I had the right film in the camera I would shoot in available light as often as I could.

If you do shoot in low light use B&W settings and make it a study in light and shadows.

If using my big DSLR I use flash (Metz Mecablitz, usually). If using compact devices, including smartphones, I usually use automatic mode for standard or fill flash.

I just purchased a Gopro camera. I felt obligated since doing so well with their stock.
