I think about sex, but I never assume the woman wants me... I've been pleasantly surprised, but rarely.

No such thing as no strings attached...

and in most cases the lady is either just being nice as part of her job, cashier, hair stylist, waitress etc.. and really doesn't have time to be hit on, again, and again... and most of the women I know there is some conflict of interest... like the gorgeous woman I hired as an assistant... I don't want to be fired, so I have a don't even think about it policy with coworkers.

So I see professions because in the end its cheaper, and there are no string attached.
