I've learned the careful manipulation of windows, curtains, blinds and doors open/closed depending on breeze and air temperature inside/outside, as well as fans blowing over blocks of ice to cool my immediate airspace.

Drink lots of fluids and eat popsicles.

Got my hot weather survival skills down pat.
