I find it hard to believe that any of the Trumps were slighted by Griffiths actions, it just a way for them to garner some sympathy and support, from those stupid enough to give it. They invited Ted hillbilly Nugent to the white house, who unashamedly said "Obama could suck on his machine gun, and that he"d be dead or in prison if Obama were elected again" that was okay and forgivable....... They also over looked their fathers gross comments about women, minorities, the handicap and seem to enjoy blowing apart animals for the fun of it, yet a fake head covered in fake blood that has some resemblance to their father has incensed them? Bullshit!
