Wow, according to the photo filename, her name is Victoria Justice. I've never heard of her until now, but apparently she's one of those singers/dancers/actresses. Probably doesn't do any of them particularly well, but looks good doing it! She also sort of looks like a mix between Dana Delaney, and Kristin Davis.
