Until people reduce their needed travel for things like work and entertainment....This is still a novel idea.
But for that matter if we could reduce our daily Commute to 2 miles we could walk to work and use horse and buggy for things like shopping.

Oh boy this is a real sore spot for me.
Lets just take a look at the stupidity of this.
You can go and rent an e-bike without a drivers license.
You can buy an e-bike and ride it without a drivers license
You can ride an e-bike on the road without a license plate.
You can ride an e-bike without wearing a helmet.
You need a drivers license to prove that you know and can follow the traffic laws.
You need a license plate to help pay for road expense and to be able to track a vehicle.
You need a helmet to ride a bicycle.
You can not ride a mini bike or a dirt bike on the road.
Can someone please begin to try and explain this to me.
