Dim-witted criminal? Jarad Carr might fit the bill. On Thursday, Carr walked into a Wal-Mart in Lake Hallie, Wis., asking to return a printer. However, store employees refused to take it back. For one, Carr didn’t have a receipt, and the printer was missing the installation CD and the paper tray.
And then there was the matter of the sheet of paper stuck in it — one that had two $100 bills printed on it. Carr insisted on a refund even after the funny money was discovered, then said he would settle for a partial refund, but didn’t manage to get one before police arrived and arrested him on suspicion of counterfeiting.
They later found three more fake hundreds on Carr during a jailhouse search, authorities said. [Source]
