It is understanding why they fell in love, they probably had that brother/sister bond but didn't realize what it was.

Being a brother or sister is more than just genetics, if they were raised totally separate that would be the only connection. While yes, biologically it would be creepy, it's not like they were raised in the same house and started fucking....I think a lot of the blame falls on the idiot parents for not telling each sibling that they have a borther or a sister and to keep them apart. The odds of this happening are pretty slim but still, they should have been told and should have been in each other's lives long before this......
