As mentioned back in my review of Nancy things were arranged to finally meet with Erica.
I had met her at one of our private gatherings and heard many great things about Erica and her services. And one thing I knew for certain is she HUGs real nice too. 

She arrived a few minutes late but nothing unreasonable dressed in a very tight blue dress as if she was going clubbing. It outlined her body VERY nicely. :smiling:
We greeted each other like old friends and from there everything just seemed to fall into place for a lust-filled adventure.

Erica is a very outgoing, fun, service oriented young lady who gives as good as she gets. She was very receptive at giving and receiving oral pleasure. One of the most intense BBBJs I’ve had in a while and her pleasure from DATY was a joy to watch. Then after a short pause to regroup it was off to the races through a few positions with a wild ride and finish in CG.
To say we were pleasantly exhausted would be an understatement but fun was the name of the game and fun it was.

Surprised she still works for the same agency. Nothing against yours but rarely do they stay over a year in one location. What's your trick on keeping them working for you?.

Half our roster has been here for 2-3 years. The models that retire still remain in touch, and attend our social gatherings. We started as a small boutique country agency, even though we have grown to 7 times our original size, its always felt like home.

Hope PMC doesn't mind me adding my 2 cents on this.
When any of the girls (I do mean ladies) stay with an agency it's because it's a good fit and feels right and benefits both of them. Sometimes they leave to explore other options but often return where they feel more comfortable.
