One a month I can handle going to a house party, bar, event, etc... But I see a lot of people do it every weekend. Their liver must be done by now.

How is your routine like or friends you know. You party every weekend?

People like to get a buzz after working and slaving during the week. I see nothing wrong with it.

One or two beers a week is about the norm during the summer. Much less during winter. Two to three drinks if I am at a party, anymore than that and it's nappy time. During the summer there is usually a dinner or cookout with alcohol maybe once each month.

No and really don't care. Let them all party away as long as they can wake up on time for work the next day.

Not much of a drinker now. When I used to drink, police usually got involved. It's better this way.

I never understood the reasons for going out and getting drunk deliberately to enjoy yourself. If someone need alcohol to have a good time, that's a sad statement on their life. I enjoy a good glass of wine, whiskey, or margarita, but never too much and not to try to have a good time! I do it for the taste, not the buzz.

I am pretty happy in my day to day life. I like to drink 6-8 beers on Friday or Saturday nights. I sometimes go over board. I think its something I just actually like. Even though I say about once a month that I got to take it easy , I usually don't. Anyone in the same boat ?

I used to go out every weekend, but not so much now. However when I do, I drink. I rarely get 'faced, and I have a rare constitution allowing me down great amounts of alcohol, but just feeling a pleasant buzz that goes away 30 minutes after I stop.

I am not a cheap date.

That being said, I use alcohol as the proverbial social lubricant. Lower inhibitions means fun times. Getting sloppy and pathetic, however, as I see people getting in the core, is not fun times.

I never drink alone. There's no pleasure in it for me. Alcohol is totally a social drug for me, and if that ever changed then I'd stop immediately, for good.

I am exactly the same. I will have one or two for the taste but not for the buzz, I have to be in control at all times.
