You would hope with all the security cams in malls and parking lots they will grab this nut bar quickly.

Odd that no one stopped or questioned a man carrying a 10 year old out of the mall, but Im assuming she was making a fuss. I would have thought the story or mall security would have been involved.

Luckily it seems the girl was released relatively unharmed...
