Dude, those are not my definitions, but just a few of universally accepted definitions of socialism
To summarize, socialism is NOT services provided to its citizens by responsible governments.
And I am NOT comparing the US to all of the rest of the planets countries standard of life, that is done by recognized intuitions, including one in the US, so no excuses by me.
And you don't seem to realize, that Americans are NOT the only people on this planet who are proud of their country, we just don't keep bringing it up.
Also,...as a proud Canadian, do NOT insinuate that Canada, or any other many countries did not step up, or suffer greatly in wars fought,... that is simply an American misconception.
Mind you Canada and other nations were not willing to interfere in sovereign nations distribution of that countries natural resources, read OIL, simply, and for no other reason other than it affected one country's economics.
Look Primo, these topics we are discussing, war, guns, and "socialism" as it applies to our two countries, are not ever going to be agreed upon, we are two very different cultures, so best to simply avoid them.
If for no other reason than our rebuttals are getting far too long, and the insults getting out of hand.
But what we both can be proud of, is sharing the worlds longest unprotected boarder.
