I'm not big on making fun of people who are overweight.

Most of them suffer from food addiction and really need help bad.

In this case the employee responsible should be Terminated and management should sit down with the three and come up with some form of restitution.

And if I was in management I would go to them rather than waiting for them to come back to the casino.

1. There could numerous reasons why the ladies are obese that does not give the restaurant staff right to do what was done.

2. The term is down pat, not down packed. You should work on that.

3. Those ladies were paying the restaurant staff not the other way around.
