Get a kick of some of your drug commercials, takes longer to state all of the possible side effects, including outright death, than any benefits the drug may have.

Its pretty obvious I'm not a socialist, but I do think that some services for the public, should be government sourced, law enforcement would be another example.
As far as health care, I think a combination of government sourced, and private being made available to those who can afford it.
No government should be controlling where an individual can spend their health care and educations funds.
