I’m trying to stay away from the typical Korean Grillhouse franchise and would really like to find something good and hot and new.

Also being a chain, I am very partial towards Gyu Kaku. I'm a fan of the mermaids they use. Koreatown in New York has some great spots. I could recommend anytime you want.
