They would have put that in it too......about the guys....
Mind you, we are talking about the USA and if these ladies
were to have it done outside of jail, they would not be able too....
These ladies need to deal with the kids they already have and if they
are smart enough to realize that they can't put another child in
the situation, these women are being very caring....
State is mad because of the cost.......
It is really how you look at it.....
