If google can be sued then I can sue my washing machine after fitting myself inside and getting injured because nowhere did it say that I'm not allowed to enter the washing machine.

In all seriousness I would say no. These companies operate on the premise that people using them are not braindead dumbfucks and that they know what they're getting themselves into.
