And just in case some of you are asking why?

1. It's stupid and patronizing. Of course some of what I say makes sense. Then again if you throw shit around long enough some of it actually sticks.
2. I hate logging in and seeing notifications. I expect them to be from members contacting me instead I get a "thank you." Again....stupid. patronizing and now annoying to boot.
3. Before you start in on me I know that I can take the notifications off to avoid item 2. See item 4 as to why I can't.
4. I'm lazy and frankly too old to deal with this new technology and find these farking settings.
