Forced to listen to CHFI 98.1 at work

How do i solve this problems at my workplace. it is a warehouse and thee is a radio. a cowworker always turned it on when she arrives at work and tune in to CHFI the ptoblem is CHFI always play the same on the same playlist everyday to the point that it is irritating. when i change the station the coworker changes it back to CHFI. this morning i arrived before her and tuned the radio to CHUM FM she arrived few minutes later she changes back to CHFI i feel that this is selfish that i and other folks in the warehouse are forced to listen to CHFI everyday how much can you hear the same songs over and over. what should i do? i am thinking of getting another job because if the selfishness of this coworker. it's time for bed because i have to get up early so any of you members here can post any solutions to this problem

when i tried to wear ear buds attached to a pocket radio the coworker ion question say i should not wear them




Above all, employees must understand that listening to music at work is a privilege rather than a right?a privilege that can and will be taken away if abused. Employees may openly play music only if all those in the immediate area agree and if productivity and job performance are not negatively affected. Otherwise, music must be kept at a low volume; or headphones or earbuds must be used.
