Fraudulent Use of my Photos and Excellent Reputation

It was recently brought to my attention that someone posted this bogus BP ad on Thu. Feb. 17/17 in the Ottawa section using this (343) 800-2678 Smiths Falls, ON, Iristel Inc. Landline.


While I'm flattered that I can pass for 24 at 47, I don't appreciate, nor should you, someone misrepresenting themselves in such a manner. I felt it prudent to warn all members of this potential "bait and switch" operation as the same number is found on other ads as well. A quick Google search will garner such information.

This has been a Public Service Announcement (PSA) made by Miss Sophia Sinclair. Let's all Play Safe!
 
Why don't you put your name on each photo as most agencies do?.

No you don't. Anyone can put watermarks on their own pics. There's lots of image altering software out there for free too.
 
I'm working on a new .cc site of my own with new photos that will be watermarked.

Frankly, I'm fed up with what's going on in this industry as of late. Another provider PMing my client, telling them to stop mentioning me online. Another completely unrelated provider jumping in on a review of mine, thanking a member who inappropriately mentioned her in my review, without acknowledging his faux pas or me, the reviewed, at all and without penalty. However, I'm banned from the same said section I'm often reviewed in for showing my appreciation too much. It was a prominent member here who explained to me that it's important to let gents know their comments are acknowledged publicly as I used to do it through PM only. The list goes on and gets much worse.

It's clear that not all sites are as bias free and above board as this one. If the membership was higher I believe more ladies, especially Indys, would advertise and participate here. I'm basing this on feedback received from other Indy providers. It's truly unfortunate!

P.S. It looks like the fake above linked BP ad that was flagged some time ago has finally been taken down. Please note the number as it may be misappropriately used again.

Stay here. There is none of that nonsense. Although there is a smaller number of members here, I think most are appreciative of the feedback and generosity of your time by acknowledging your review and or comments in other threads.

The "over involvement" in your reviews might be seen as free advertisement but if you're a paid advertiser, why is this different. If it's BLUE you're speaking to, then there is no other comment needed as it's a cess pool.

The problem is that the red board has allowed members from that cesspool to join the ranks, spreading their special brand of joy there too.

Unfortunately, trolls are everywhere. For the most part HUBGFE has some good members.

Batman57 is a well known troll that gets banned here on a regular basis. There is a special watch for him 24/7.

FYI, the use of another person's image, etc, is considered "Identity Fraud" as per the Canadian Criminal Code.



Identity fraud
403. (1) Everyone commits an offence who fraudulently personates another person, living or dead,
(a) with intent to gain advantage for themselves or another person;(b) with intent to obtain any property or an interest in any property;(c) with intent to cause disadvantage to the person being personated or another person; or(d) with intent to avoid arrest or prosecution or to obstruct, pervert or defeat the course of justice.
 
I don't know what their intent was other than profiting from my reputation as the ad stated to go on 2 particular sites and read my reviews. Hopefully it wasn't meant to damage my reputation.

I remember when I first started doing this and advertised on craigslist that someone kept flagging my ads and eventually posted a bogus alert stating that a big black man answers the door, relieves you of your money, then escorts you out. A member of the blue board (before current ownership) brought that matter to everyone's attention, not knowing if it was true or not. Thankfully another member of that board had seen me and dispelled the myth before it could do any damage to my fledgling business. That's how I learned about the boards and this is why I avoid BP like the plague.

I am very happy to see you posting again on HUBGFE
as you know I am not a member of the red board that you mentioned as years ago they would not let me join with no reason given!
I was a member of the blue board however with the new ownership and the toxic brand of entrainment which followed has driven me and other away.
Yes with the illness and passing of the past owner of the red board a lot of the toxic members have migrated over from the blue board
I can only hope that he new owners and the mods have a short leash for some of the new members.
I can only hope that you keep posting on HUBGFE and lave the drama on the other boards
I look forward to seeing you and the new pics
