You have to watch the watchers though. How many people here disagree on what is hate speech, slanderous or threatening posts? These things need to be defined clearly as we all know that people can be inconsistent on how they apply standards. Here in the US, a the same comment made by a man/woman, muslim/christian, black/white, etc....will be treated differently. I understand now wanting to allow people to say things that hurt others or can lead to violence, but a law like this could also be twisted to create unjust and unfair situations.
