getting an error message when starting a thread

i am getting a message saying "that action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message". when i started a thread.

We have added a fix to these issues and will continue to monitor it.
Please let us know if the problem still persists.
Tomorrow 1 more additional step will be added to eliminate the rest of the issues.
