Thanks for the kind words Darius.
I myself have been afflicted by osteoarthritis and have been searching for relief for some time now.
I tried glucosimine and chondroitin as well as MSM for about two years with really no benefits whatsoever.
It wasn't until I learned about the inflammatory effect that certain foods have on me that I started feeling better. Not 100% better but there was some improvement.
This website was the easiest to navigate and I found the most informative...

My GP who also has a keen interest in integrative medicine recommended that I look into taking a test that was offered by Genova Diagnostics. Specifically their GI Effects Comprehensive 2200 Testing Kit.
https://www.gdx.net/product/gi-effects-comprehensive-stool-test. This one cost me $545 out of my own pocket. The results were that I had very low levels of good bacteria in my stomach which in itself can lead to a rise in systemic inflammation. I also don't digest healthy fats all that well either. The solution is to take probotics with breakfast and digestive enzymes with lunch and dinner.
I also read up on the benefits of an alkalizing diet as when I urinated on PH strips I was shocked to see how acidic I was. The more acidic you are the more inflammation you will incur.
Food for thought I guess.
