Good early morning...If anyone is interested I watched a fascinating documentary on PBS this morning Called "The poison squad" it highlighted Harvey Washington Wiley's efforts to change food safety. It also speaks about Upton Sinclair, Fanny Farmer......who knew that formaldehyde and borax were once used as food preservatives.....or that human appendages would sometimes end up in processed meat....Watch it, it's very interesting....Happy hump day
