How many calories do I eat, that's a good question. Screw Furious Pete, I'd put him to shame in a speedo pose down.

Here is my intake today,

Breakfast.... 3 eggs, 5 strips of fried salami, 3 slices of whole wheat toast and a double espresso.

Lunch...... The Mandarin.....everything on the buffet table must be sampled.

Dinner...... I haven't yet sat down but I know the Mrs. has prepared Pasta, goat meat in sauce, broccoli, a spinach salad and rapini.

It's summer so I eat light.
