On July 19th, it will be 20 years since the Ontario Court of appeals overturned Jacob's conviction of indecent exposure when she went topless in public.

Since the overturned conviction I haven't seen any women exercising their legal right to bare their breasts in public!

I see the very odd woman topless, very odd. However they are usually 50+ and have not got the greatest bodies. Usually at Wasaga or the Oshawa beach.
