They transfer the money in small amounts from mass bank accounts not to be noticed into the deep web. It is then transfered into bitcoin. Then at a % can be transfered back into cash anonymously. This is non traceable.
This was done on sites like silkroad and the farmers market. Some new sites are up and running but are difficult to find.
You must use a tor browser or something similar.
Be careful and alway monitor your bank account.

Most cams...no. But it is true that people can go on your hard drive and look at all your files and even turn your computer off.
Its called remote access and most people don't have it turned off.
Look at your settings in IPv4 under network connection properties.
