we celebrate the end of the first harvest, the pilgrims had.

as the story goes they invited the local Indians to a feast to celebrate.

each year for Thanksgiving I go to my sisters and bring a relish tray.

This goes back close to 30 years.

We cook 3 turkeys and all the trimming for 20 or so people.

Now my relish tray has no relish as you might have guessed.
it also has no dips.
I spend between 10 and 15 dollars a head on the tray.

One year I made 300 servings of clams casino

this year I am contemplating stuffed mushrooms made with Choriso sausage, peppers and capers; as my center piece.
