If the university based their criteria on how well prospective students would be accepted into commerce upon graduation, then that could be a legit criteria for enrolment.
And for some lawyers to make a judgment about how commerce works, is fricken hilarious.
If I interviewed some loser with purple hair and a ring in their nose for a position that dealt with the public, I would put that application at the bottom of the pile, or the garbage.
Now would I make a documented comment on the application as to why, not a chance today.
