Hydroxychloroquine and the other chemicals you mention are anti-malaria drugs, and used to treat arthritis and lupus. Most are anti-inflammatory drugs. Trump mentioned there is testing going on (in France, if it matters) for these compounds to treat covid-19, but there is NO PROOF these will help at this time, and in fact may be harmful to some people. Do NOT take any of these without discussion with your doctor; there are serious side effects possible. There has already been a death due to someone taking Chloroquine based on Trump's inappropriate comment.
