I'd really appreciate it.

So, I've lost 28 lbs. now, (almost half my goal of losing 60 lbs.). Starting to look better, feel a shitload better, more energy, shit, even my pecker looks bigger!

Here is the problem, the weight loss is slowing down. Is there anything I can do to kick it up a notch? Any 'miracle' foods?

Right now I have really lowered my carbs, tons of fruit, veggies, 'white' protein, and water. I walk 1-1.5 hours a night for exercise and am waiting for the go ahead from my physiotherapist to see if my shoulder and alternate elbow are good enough to join the gym.

I don't expect to lose the next 30 quite so easily, but I want those last 2 lbs. gone god dammit!

Please, any input would be appreciated.

Invest in some L-Carnitine

And green tea extract

When you are walking, pick up your pace for 30 seconds and then go back down for 90 seconds. Keep alternating the entire time.

Limit your fruit selections to just berries.

Cut out anything with wheat in it. This is harder than you think.

Oh and keep up the good work!

Thanks man. I drink more green tea than most small Asian villages, do I still need the extract?

I read once where you would have to have 20 or 30 cups to equal what is in one capsule. Might be worth a try.

Congrats :YMAPPLAUSE:

No red meat at all?.

A little here and there, but totally portion control. No more 16 oz. steaks, now it is more like 6 oz. Basically I have replaced all bread, rice, pasta and potatos with fruits and vegetables. A daily diet would be something like this...

Breakfast

Orange
Oikos no fat yogurt
Black coffee

Snack

Green Pepper
Celery
Radishes
Water

Lunch

Can of Tuna
Spinach salad, (Small amount of OJ and vinegar for dressing)
Water/Coffee

Snack

Apple
Colliflower
Water

Dinner

Salmon Steak
Green Beans
Water

And about 7-8 cups of green tea throughout the day. 3 multivitamins and 3 B complex as I have really reduced my calorie intake.

Every night I walk 5-8 kms., the first 20 minutes at a moderate to quick pace as a warm up, then I push it for the duration. Every second day is push ups, squats/lunges and sit ups.

That is pretty well it, except every two weeks I have one 'cheat' meal. What is the sense in living if you can't say 'fuck it' every once in a while and spoil yourself.

Most days are now tolerable, but it was fucking hard off the start.

Wish I had your willpower.

cut out the culiflower and beans they build up gas, check the blood type diet to make sure you are not eating something you're not supposed to

Very impressive guys. Since you lost so much weight, do you struggle with the flabby skin? (if yu dont have any, excuse me for assuming) I have seen this on people who have lost so much weight in such a short period of time. Perhaps Dr. Bosco can explain how to get rid of it.

No flabby skin yet, I'll tell ya in another 29 lbs. I'm certainly not small yet, just not really big anymore.
