This happened when we went to Cuba with the kids years ago. My daughter got a hamburger, came back to the pool and took one bite and it wasn't cooked through. My wife told her not to eat it, so she put her plate on the ground. Within 5 minutes the sucker was cooked right through.

When I ate red meat and was in the Dom Rep the only meat I'd eat was at a burger joint down the road fun by a guy from Montreal. He'd import the meat from Canada, grind it, and cook it himself....damn those were GOOD burgers......
