Another home invasion ends up in tragedy..this time with a 16 year old girl dead. I hope the cops are working around the clock to catch these guys.

A 16-year-old girl who died in hospital following a violent home invasion had “no apparent injuries,” Toronto police said Monday.

The disabled teen was taken to hospital in critical condition following Saturday's home invasion and died on Sunday, Det. Sgt. Frank Skubic said.

Two men knocked on the door of a home at 150 Burrows Hall Boulevard on Saturday and forced their way in when the girl's mother unlocked the door, Skubic said.

Skubic said the well-dressed men, one of them armed with a gun, demanded a package.

“The man armed with the gun then escorted (the) mother to all the rooms in the house, opening drawers, cupboards and closets,” Skubic said.

The second man stayed behind with the woman's daughter who, because of her disability, was immobile on the living room sofa.

After the search, the men said they must have the wrong house and fled the scene, Skubic said.

The mother went to check on her daughter and called 911 after realizing that the girl wasn't breathing.

The girl has “no apparent injuries,” Skubic said, adding that an autopsy was scheduled for Tuesday to determine the cause of death.

The girl's condition made her “prone to seizures” and she would have known something “distressful” was happening, Skubic said.

“It does seem puzzling,” the detective added. “It's certainly a unique investigation.”

The suspects are described as black, with heavy Jamaican accents, between 5-foot-9 and six feet tall, wearing suits and overcoats.

Bosco wants tougher laws on the books for these F@cktards.

Here's what I propose:

-Rape- 25 years no parole
-Murder- Premeditated- Lethal injection.
-Sexual assault child-25 years no parole.
-possession of a firearm- 15 years no parole.
- Armed robbery- 25 years no parole.

Bosco: I'd be happy if they just imposed the sentences on the books NOW!!!!

I always cite the case of the asshole who was caught selling an illegal handgun to an undercover officer while out on parole for, wait for it, selling an illegal handgun!!!

Or how about the other one who had something like 182 convictions before his 23rd birthday and, you guessed it, was on probation when he committed his 183rd......

Or how about the guy out west who had 23 DUI convictions and was caught on his 24th. He was banned from owning, or operating a vehicle yet here he was, drunk and driving again. How about locking him up for good? Or better yet, just locking him up for the maximum time per offence? That would be 46 yrs....(I think it's 2 yrs per conviction).

Don't let the bleeding hearts hear you talk like that Bosco! :gasp:

(FTR- I am not one of them, and agree completely with your proposed amendments.)

I bet you the Father has issues here. What package where they looking for?. Maybe he would know.

Bosco get into politics. I will vote for you.

The problem is, you'd have to be a federal electee in order to start overturning the laws. And that takes country wide/party wide support and they'd NEVER support anyone who took a stand against crime.

I watch "behind bars" and "beyond scared straight" all the time and in the US, there's all this talk about how many people are locked up, the cost, overcrowding etc. One big cost factor is the really dangerous convicts who are segregated because they are prone to kill other inmates. I say "let em into the general population". They'll solve the problems of overcrowding (to the tune of one a day).

In the beyond scared straight series there was one convict who was serving 30 yrs to life. His crime? He stole $20.00 from a grocery store. No gun. No knife. No weapon of any kind. He just reached into the till and made off with a $20 bill....when he was 16. Now that is a little excessive and I'm all for segregating violent and non-violent offenders but the truly violent ones?

let em run rampant in a "farm prison". I know it is lame but something akin to "Escape from New York" only not a city, but a forest. Lay a minefield 100 yrds wide around a wall, one way in and one way out and let em at it.

Back to the Scared Straight program, there was one where a group of inmates were taking a group of "tough guys" through the yard. One inmate who wasn't part of the group called to this one kid who was acting all super tough. He says: Hey pretty boy, keep it up...PLEASE....I want you here, you'll be my bitch, we'll have some fun! They he said something they bleeped out and you shoulda seen the look at the tough kid's face...he was white as a sheet lol......they have a follow up after the show and the kid started getting a's and b's in school, was volunteering to clean up graffitti, was staying home and not going out lol...I guess the thought of getting ass raped 4 times a day didn't appeal to him lol......

.

That is the beauty of the three strikes program.

If you have had two felony convictions and you are convicted of another crime you get 25 to life.

F#ck it tboy they know the laws. They know what their next sentence is. In this case all the idiot had to do was not steal from the store. How hard is that?

My ex GF's father used to go to Home Depot and make a few purchases then bring the car up and help himself to a bag or to of soil that they keep out front.

He's 70 so nobody thinks anything of it. In his mind he thinks the store owes him somehow.

There's a lot of retards out there. Sorry HOF for the inference there.

Have to send my brother there. His attitude is going to get him in trouble. Maybe once he experiences it and likes his size of his ass as is might wake him up.
